  • Support you through the buying process, explaining the different stages and steps involved.
  • Explain the details of the LABC warranty and maintenance guarantees available.
  • Provide you with regular updates throughout the construction of your new home.
  • Respond to any questions or concerns that you may have, as quickly as possible.
  • Invite you to visit your new home to demonstrate how everything works.
  • Arrange for our Site/Sales Team to visit you, once you have moved in to ensure that you have settled in.
  • Provide an after-sales support service and details of our complaints policy, if you feel that we have not achieved the level of customer service you expected from us.
